ugh

Dear Parents Day Out,
Could you please enforce the sick kid rule?  Mine always goes to school feeling fine and comes home with a fever and some sort of disease which inevitably passes to hubby and me.  Today's disease:  bronchitis.  Awesome.  My kid sounds like a seal and cries every time he coughs because his throat hurts.  His  nose is a faucet and he has fever.  How is it, then, that he is still able to play on his slide and read his books and talk to his toys?  If (who are we kidding? WHEN) I catch this, I'm pretty sure I won't want to get off the couch or do anything.
Kudos to my sick kid for keeping his spirits up even through the whimpering and pain as he tries to go to sleep.
